Delicious breakfast, lovely kittens!!!

We had a nice stay in Rossi guest house for couple of days. The location is perfect, close to the bus station, supermarket, restaurants and the city lake. Vladimir and his wife are kind and decent people, made our stay feel like home, and were ready to help with anything we needed. They were very hospitable and even grilled fish that tasted very delicious. The room was cozy with fresh clean beds, also there was a nice garden with cute cats there. After checking out they let us to stay in the guest house area for several hours until our taxi arrived. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend this place 🫶

All good

Wonderful family owned house. Very colorful and sorrounded by greenery, it does not feel like the town center. There is a small river flowing next to the house making the most relaxing noise. You can really feel the love they put into the house and garden.

The property's location was very convenient, allowing exploring of Dilijan centre on foot and less than 100 m from a well-equipped supermarket open from 0800-0000 daily. The price was very affordable and we had a comfortable bed.

Our experience didn't match our expectations having read other guests' reviews which suggested a big welcome and over helpful hosts. This may happen in the peak season but didn't match our experience. When we arrived at the location, we had to drive off road to an area that, whilst included on the photos, looked abandoned, unsafe and didn't include any formal area to park (as suggested in the facilities list). There was no one around to check in and we tried knocking on the door and phoning the provided number without success. At one stage, we started to think that would need to find somewhere else. This didn't just affect us as another guest who arrived at a similar time to us, looked around confused and then almost drove off before realising that they had, in fact, got the right place. Eventually, the host arrived, checked us in by opening the door to the space and taking payment, and we had no further interaction for the rest of the stay. Our biggest issued with the property was with the shared bathroom - a single room with the only toilet, sink and shower in shared between six people. The shower was lukewarm (in shoulder season) at best and the room had a drain smell and was constantly damp. Overall, fine for a night but we expected so much more based on prior guest experiences.
