Super responsive and helpful hosts. This place was actually better than listed. We were comfortable with two families, each with two kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals for 8 and there was also a grill to use. This means a lot to us as we've had trouble in the past at places! Also the local store in Jasper has a lot and is very reasonable. Great location for Buffalo River activities, but we also drove up to Bentonville to see Crystal Bridges. We also spent a day bumming around town and there was enough to keep us all busy with cute shops and a great cafe. One of the best stays we've had!

Great location! Tons of fantastic outdoor adventures within short traveling distance (30min). Cool cabin, however the appointments / outfittings need updating and the cleanliness factor was low.

Overall, we had a really great stay.However, there were enough small probelematic things for me to give it 3 stars. The king bed in the master bedroom is one of the worst mattresses I've ever slept on. It was awful, and I know more comfortable mattresses are not very expensive (I have an inexpensive comfortable one). The shower curtain liner in the bathroom was completely covered in pink bacteria which is really gross. Shower curtain liners are very inexpensive and easy to replace. The rubber seal for the refrigerator had previously been taped on with a small amount of packing tape by someone. This was coming off and made a really loud noise and continued to rip away the seal more and more for the duration of the trip. I messaged the maintenance person via text about this but never received a reply. The Roku remote back was broken and falling off the whole time, which again, would be an easy fix. The hot water heater for the cabin is too small. There is a bathtub on the upper floor of the cabin, but it only fills about 1/4 of the way before running out of warm water.The chairs at the kitchen table are really uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing to us since we played lots of board games. The lighting in the living room is really bad. There is one small dim light in the middle and then on either side of the ceiling are a row of flood lights. This was a continiing problem with the lights shining, painfully, in our eyes as we tried to play games.
