Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, perché au sommet d'une montagne avec une vue à couper le souffle. La maison, qui compte cinq chambres, était très propre et parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir notre famille de neuf adultes. Les espaces étaient confortables et nous avons passé un excellent moment.

En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par un point important. Nulle part sur l'annonce Booking.com il n'était indiqué que la propriété ne fournissait ni la literie, ni les serviettes, ni les articles essentiels pour la cuisine et la vaisselle (linge à vaisselle, lavette, etc.). Comme nous venions du Canada, il nous était impossible d'apporter tout cela dans nos valises. Si cette information avait été clairement indiquée avant la réservation, nous n'aurions probablement pas choisi cette propriété. Nous avons eu l'impression que cette maison est davantage destinée à des vacanciers locaux ou à des personnes qui voyagent en voiture et peuvent facilement apporter leur propre équipement. Enfin, nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver le point de rencontre avec Filomena pour récupérer les clés, car le GPS ne nous dirigeait pas au bon endroit. Des indications plus précises ou un point de rendez-vous mieux identifié auraient été très utiles.

If you are a large family or a group of friends, this house is just for you! The house is located on a hill and is reached by a narrow winding road (we went by van), it has large and spacious yard, has a beautiful view of the city and the sea, it is in a peaceful and quiet place in the middle of nature, 10 min drive to the coast and the town of Forte dei Marmi where there is a long and well-maintained sandy beach. We enjoyed 4 days in this spacious house, we had the whole yard to ourselves. Great base for exploring the surrounding area, beaches at Forte dei Marme 10min, La Spezia (train departure for Cinqe terre) 45min by car, beautiful medieval town of Lerici 30min - similar to the towns of Cinqe terre, flatter with a lot less tourists for a peaceful tour.

You have to bring your own bed linen and towels which is not very practical for the 6 of us coming from another country. There are no tea towels, dish sponges or bathroom mats in the house.

Z klasą zrobiony domek, pokoje, łazienki i tak na prawdę są tam 3 ekstra łazienki. Widok na morze, super ogród gdzie właściciel włożył w niego swoją włoską duszę. Nooooo można wypocząć w ciszy i spokoju. Polecam

Wszystko mi się podobało ale zwrócę uwagę na dość ciekawy dojazd na ostatnie ok 2 km. Robi wrażenie.
