This was a nice cozy and clean little place. They were prompt to respond when I had questions and an issue. Overall our stay was very nice and worth the price.
My only 2 issues was 1, I wasn't aware it was a semi-basement apartment, which would of been fine if it wasn't for the upstairs flooring. We could hear every squeaky wood step people upstairs would take, all day and night. They provide a white noise machine but yeah, not much help. Houses get old and squeaky, happens, just wasn't expecting it. My 2nd was not knowing the washer and dryer were coin operated and in a seperate, adjacent apartment.

Location, kitchen is well stocked, nice comfy living room, comfy bed, nice sheets. Stocked with lots of extras you might need.
Upstairs noise, you can hear people walking around. During the day is no problem, but one night they were up until 12:30. Small coffee cups. Small bathroom and small shower.

Good location
Strong wifi
Comfortable bed
Bad odor in living room
One hand towel for two adults for five days
No teaspoons in drawer
Unresponsive management. They completely ignored our requests. Enough already with automated messages
About an inch of water by front door each time sprinklers came on. They ruined our shoes.
Carpet is badly in need of deep cleaning
