The team is responsive and helpful ( they will get in touch with you on whatsapp). The apartment is spotless and really well set up—you can tell they pay attention to the little things. AC works perfectly.
The location is great. Lots of restaurants within steps, easy public transport access, and you can walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and the area easily. The neighborhood is quiet and safe—there's a concierge and the building doors lock, so you feel secure.
The only thing is the automated lock key takes a bit of patience to figure out the first time. Once you get the hang of it though, it's totally fine.
