City Center Hotel & Restaurant

Location and specially staff, nurlon,aziz,farid and rahul all are very cooperative and friendly,room service was also great..i really enjoyed my stay there due to the staff friendly gesture..they offered me a complementry coffee on my last day that made my day..i will choose this hotel again and will recommend to others..specially thanks to norlun

Room size is small..but you have a choice to get deluxe room.

Check in was very smooth and fast. Mr Noorullah was exceptionally good, He contacted by text asking if we need transportation and he took good care of us, suggested us what to eat at dinner. He speaks good English. We were offered welcome coffee of our choice. Place is so close to main attractions and Nizami street. On site Resturant chef Baku gives 20% discount to hotel guests. Breakfast was very good- many options including lots of fresh fruits.

Room was very small and basic but value for money

Highest management was cooperative and fixed our complaints when we could raise it up to him Breakfast and restaurant was successfull Location is great

Twin bed provided was not a twin bed. Was 60cm wide where a twin bed should be 95cm. And wasnt fixed for the second night even after my complaint. 3 people room provided didnt have windows without giving us a notice in the reservation

We booked a twin room and a 2 bedroom apartment. After booking the rooms, we got a message on Whatsapp saying that the hotel and apartment are in 2 different buildings and they are 5 mins apart. I think it took us 6-7 mins to walk to the apartment building from the hotel. The location is ideal, very busy area almost on Nizami street. Staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a very old soviet era building on 6th floor. The best thing about this hotel was the location.

Room and bathroom was small. The apartment was on the 6th floor and the old soviet era lift was very tiny and slow. Also we lost power (electricity) in the apartment at around 3am in the morning and had to contact hotel reception via whatsapp. They had to send a person to check the electricity meter at 3am. When I went downstairs, he said that now we have paid for the electricity and power will be restored within 5 mins. So apparently the electricity bill was not paid by the hotel. Power was eventually restored but it caused inconvenience.
