We loved the apartment. Great location. Few minutes from the beach and town centre. 10 min walk to train station for the metro into Rome. Supermarket is near the train station. Lots of great places to eat around the apartment. Special mention for Ghandi Restaurant if you fancy a change from Italian.
Large rooms and lots of space in the apartment. 2 bathrooms which are handy if there are a few of you. We also used the washing machine which was great to have. Lovely and clean and gated entry so felt safe. Very responsive owner.
Personally I'd prefer a bigger balcony but that's not a deal breaker.
