Location was WONDERFUL !!!!
The house had all the basics and a few extras like a crockpot and waffle maker. It was nice to have a standard coffee pot and a single serve. There were some chairs and toys left but bring your own, With the salt air you can assume the quality.
Nothing major but small fixes and a little TLC. Pressure washing the siding and cleaning of door handles. Remove chipped cups and plates. The beds are huge but extra soft mattress. Deck had a soft spot that needs tending.
