Hot tub and garden is private. Room was lovely but weird to have a shower cubicle at the end of the bed. Nice quiet convenient location.
We had no hot water for our stay. We contacted the owner on the first night but nothing was done. Luckily the shower was electric but we had to boil the kettle to wash the pots. We had to wash our hands in cold water. The shower cubicle in the bedroom is a little weird and felt exposed even with the window and door blinds. Other than some coat hangers on a coat stand nowhere to put clothes so lived out of a bag. TV to side of the bed and no where to sit comfortably to use it. No plastic cups for hot tub use. Had difficulty using blind in kitchen as broken

Boutique was absolutely spotless very private quiet location. Hot tub was great and again in a very private peaceful location
Not much space to store clothes but only stayed for 2 nights so wasn't much of an issue. A small washing line to hang wet bathing costumes from using hot tub would be a great feature to have.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and you felt every spring serious needs changing the room was so hot there was condenation alll over the floor which makes this a serious slip hazard which whilst there my friend slipped on the floor hurting herself which was not nice the owner dint seem two botherd also shower leaks on to floor which makes worse there is a damp horrible smell in the room
