Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan

I love the location and the design of the room it is a modern, functional, but still beautiful and aesthetic. The individual aircon per rooms are much appreciated as I can have different AC setup than the other rooms. Really helpful when my parents stayed over (they cannot take cold AC whereas I love it as cold as possible). The breakfast is good with many options that fits the business crowds of this hotel. Some of the menu are top notch delicious. The paramount feature that I LOVE from this hotel is the AMAZING internet speed. Oh my God I measured 300 Mbps in my room. This is super useful as I was on workcation trip and I can keep connected and working with my team and colleagues in The Netherlands, Germany, and Singapore. Ohh also a plus point is the presence of EV charging spot in the parking lot. I used this many times as my parents loan their EV to me.

Location. Yes it is located in the "golden triangle" of Jakarta. However the lack of public transport access is noticeable for me. However since it was a workcation trip and most of the time I stayed in the room and only going out at night with my family (with their car) this is not a big deal for me. I am also aware that fact when I booked the property. .

The room ,the swimming pool and the gym was excellent. The laundry machine in the room was very useful. The living room and mini kitchen made me feel at home.

Teh food quality can be improved, I has had a sandwhich, the portion was small and it was dry

Clean. Fantastic location. And the staff were extremely brilliant. Honestly. Will definitely go there again.

Absolutely nothing!!!

Location and the quietness of the room

The breakfast does not meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel, both in terms of food quality and seating comfort. The layout is inconvenient. The entrance is on the ground floor while the reception is several floors higher and you have to change the elevator to reach your room.
