The staff is very helpful. They help us to arrange the airport pick up and also the transportation to our next destination. They are very responsive as well. The only down side is the draining system of the bathroom. It is on the slow side and the water can't drain properly inside the shower.

We had a wonderful stay - the location is very good . The staff are fantastic. The breakfast is actually wonderful! In the afternoons they have afternoon tea daily with coffee / tea / juices on offer and also a snack which changes daily
We would love to come back!
My only suggestion to management is the blinds in the room should have block out both for noise and light
Also nicer pillow top beds would be fantastic
