Great Location beautiful furnished cosy Appartment Good size bedrooms and bathroom Easy instructions to access Lovely and warm good supply of tea coffee and sugar
Very poor bed linen needs replacing with better quality bobbly sheet making it abit uncomfortable Shower Gel could be provided and nowhere in the bathroom for any toiletries no shelf no surface at all to place items .Also no where to leave luggage when departing so had to find a shop that stored it because we were still exploring York till later that day .

The apartment was clean, pleasant and very central .Only minutes to minster etc.
We enjoyed our stay .
Would definitely stay again.
Would have liked shelves in the bathroom to put our toiletries.
Banged our heads a few times as ceiling sloped being a top floor apartment.

Great location.
Painful communication with their staff/AI to clear ID checks, despite paying in advance and with a wholesome Genius rating - unnecessary and frankly upsetting. Had to involve Booking.com to help resolve.
Bed sheets thread bare.
Dubious stains on furniture.
