The design, the help from the host who brought in pest control due to the cockroaches.
The wifi connection was very inconsistent and unstable.

Spacious, clean and has everything you need.Food, entertainment, groceries, pharmacy, bank, malls and clinic are widely available less than 5min walk.
Whats not to like, maybe the building. It does not have a luggage storage so all future bookings must consider this if you are coming from the airport and like myself back to back meetings but had to cancel and no other service available apart from naia.
