Great location on Oxford Street near Oxford Circus Tube, but apartment was off the street so very quiet. Great size for 2 people or a small family if using sofa bed. Small but adequate kitchen with washing machine. Great to have access to iron, hair dryer too if needed. Very comfortable bed and very clean and well presented. Lift access to apartment too.

The geographical location was excellent for our trip

Unfortunately the entrance through the alley way from Oxford Street to Adam and Eve Court smelt disgustingly of urine and there was a threatening looking homeless man rough sleeping with a dog in a doorway adjacent to the entrance to the apartments. I would have been worried to return alone after dark.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was really nice.

We had to wait in a dark alley and call the owner to let him know we were there. When we were going out the following evening there was a young man in the same position. We had no tv even though they said they would fix it. We also had to hunt for a bath plug.

The Location was excellent, and was everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

The apartment in reality does not quite meet the expectations provided in the photographs. The check in process was disappointing as I have pre-organised the arrival time of 1pm and the morning of they contacted and advised we could get arrive any time from 11am so we reorganised our day and arranged to meet to be let in to the apartment at 11am instead. We were outside the apartment just before 11am and the communication went quiet, and we werent receiving responses. I started to worry that the apartment was a scam. We waited for over an hour until we got a response, and finally let in. It turned out ok but having to wait for someone to show up to let you in is not the best experience. A lock box with key and instructions would be a better process.
