Very attractive location, all the needed facilities are included, flawless communication with the staff, everything looks just like on photos and according to the description (no unpleasant surprises).
Not too big of a problem, but since the apartment is on the 0 floor, the window curtains need to be rolled down (almost) fully, which makes for a small amount of sunlight during the day.
