Very friendly and welcome reception by staff when checking in.
Very helpful for looking after/storing and delivering the suitcases to the room at arrival before the check-in time.
In-house Italian restaurant oh so good.
The property looks already inviting, an oases in the centre of the city. Renovated to a very high standard whilst keeping the cosiness in tact.

We loved every aspect of the hotel ! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants. Loved the ambiance. Breakfast bar was exceptional either way many different options. Highly recommend and will definitely return

Absolutely loved this hotel! Location was excellent for being close to all the sights, but tucked away enough you felt relaxed and away from the crowds. The street it’s on has life but isn’t noisy. The hotel is spotless and the room is really comfy. Loved the curved wall to the bathroom - makes a change from square box rooms! The breakfast was great and the staff are super friendly. My birthday treat was a lovely personal touch. I would definitely recommend.
Nothing!

Most friendly helpful staff; clean; quiet
A bit of a climb uphill; no regular top ups of coffee, water; breakfast was just alright.

"Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es wurde uns gleich etwas zu trinken angeboten und ein Snack.
Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, ganz neu und sehr geschmack..."
