Fantastic location heart of surfers paradise

Loved the apartment, especially the view. Loved the location.

Not having a direct number to call in regards to linen and other questions as we couldn't ask Hilton staff being a separate organisation.

The apartment was in a perfect location, with stunning views of the sea and city, and a 5-10 minute walk to lots of gold coast activities. Facilities were great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. With a party of 5, we did not require any more room at all, and the prices were competitive and good for the location.

Facilities were nice, but could be cleaner. The vents are covered in dust, the balcony windows were cleaned poorly, and dryer smelt pretty bad. But overall it was clean where it needed to be.

Easy access after hours

No pool or beach towels provided. These take up too much room in our suitcases.

The view was spectacular, and it was great being able to use all of the Hilton facilities, such as their 3 pools and sauna, and also all of the restaurants and bars. It is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, near everything and the beach.

It was annoying we couldn't use the hotel's pool towels, and one of the nights, there was a loud party going on downstairs in another room with lots of noise. Also, the lifts take forever to come.

The view is terrific with corner views of the sea and river. The location is very convenient and easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. The apartment is very clean except for the dryer. and the back office staff is very understanding & helpful to give me free extension of room check out.

The room was spacious, and had great views and great location. Very central to Surfers centre, beaches and tram station. In room facilities were good, and Hilton facilities that we were able to access were amazing!

The glass screen door in the shower in the main bathroom did not close properly, resulting in a pretty flooded bathroom after each shower. The elevators weren't working a couple times (understandably out of the hosts control) and could've been a little bit cleaner.

Great spot, clean, comfy.

Painful to cart all the bags up to the room - Hilton wouldn’t allow us to borrow the baggage trolley. The lifts are very slow.

Location, room size was perfect for our family

Location was good.

The room was dirty,, we took photos of the filth. We had mould in the showers, large crack in the vanity., coffee machine still had stall milk in it the coffee cups in the cupboard were dirty, stained towels. We had to clean the shower with bleach , as I have a severe infection in my foot that can't afford to be showering in a mouldy shower. We have taken photos of the damage and mould prior to us having to clean ourselves.

Location is great we stay there all the time

The windows to the bedroom wouldn’t close correct so due to the high wind, it was noisy at nite for sleeping

The check in process was very confusing and the key collection point was very difficult understanding english. The carparking was even more confusing.

Very clean and accessible to everything around surfers paradise. Customer service was on point, and we were well looked after. Ocean view was amazing and didn’t expect to be on a high floor level but was definitely worth the price.

3 Bedroom apartment was perfect for our family and the views from the 41st floor were amazing. Easy key pick up and drop off. Good communication with host.

If I was pushed I'd say, the apartment could do with a high end clean - kitchen cupboards in particular and internal doors and door surrounds - a bit grubby. Clean enough but an extra bit of elbow grease wouldn't go a miss.

We loved the location, amenities, and the apartment itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The plates had water standing in them inside the cupboards. The crockery was not washed properly and had dry dirt on it.The sharp knife was rusty and must be replaced. The toilet brushes were not cleaned from the previous guests' stay.

During my stay at your hotel, I used the washing machine to wash my husband and kids branded white T-shirts and I found that all the white T-shirts got an oil stain all over (as attached photos), I tried to wash them again after I returned home and the stains still there. N.B  The dryer and one of the bed side lamps weren't working,

Found it was abit dirty, nothing terrible though. Furniture in living area needs an upgrade

The property was clean, with amazing sea and city views. Location was perfect and very accessible to restaurants, shops. Parking was free.

Given only limited toiletries. Not enough to last for our stay. We still need to text the property manager though the response was prompt. Need to update and add utensils, pots/pans. Might need to add in the future beach towels.
