The location had an easy access and the room itself was comfortable.
The lobby was bright and it did feel safe and secure.
Parking lot had plenty of spaces.
The staff was not friendly or accommodating and after checking out I realized that we had been charge twice for the same booking of one room.
I reached out several times to get this corrected and was never done by their staff.
I ended having to call corporate to have someone looking into it and open up a case in order for the hotel to take care of this.
I was told that I needed to reach out my third party booking company instead of the hotel taking care of this situation considering they were the ones who doble charge me.

The location was nice next to a gas station. A few restaurants walking distance from the hotel to choose from. The Waffle House, Denny's, and Javis Tex Mex are close by which I tried the Javis Tex Mex Restaurant was delicious would recommend it for everyone.
The only thing the hotel was missing was a pool/ Jacuzzi tub. Other than that hotel is a good place to stay.

"The area was superb, the area was clean, bar downstairs for direct access with the world cup playing. Parking was easy and easy access to the airport."
