The one-room-apartment had everything I needed. The kitchenette was adequately equipped and having a washing machine was very nice. The chech-in was uncomplicated due to the hosts early and easy instructions! And the location was great, close to a metro and bus station.
The design of the little village was also very beautifully made and could be really cool to have when travelling as a group.
Sadly the bathroom wasn't a 100% clean when I arrived. There was some toothpaste residue around the toothpaste holder and the mirror had stains.
Also the windows were really small in my room so getting fresh air in was difficult. At night, noises from the alley beside the apartment could be heard.

The host is very nice. He let me check in as soon as the room was cleaned even if it's not yet the check in time. The room is very clean. The location is also very good.

The apartment is located very central between several high buildings. Someone invested a lot of care into the decor of the community spaces. For solo travelers who just look for a place to sleep it's very good.
Rooms are very tiny and furniture is a bid old. You should be fit, as there are a lot of tight stairs. The showers are just a add on to the sink. Therefore the complete bathroom is the full shower at the same time. Walls are very thin so it's very loud at all times.
