Modern design, good location. Good view from room balcony.

Water for shower did not get hot, only lukewarm. Some things in room were not clean (bathroom soap dispenser). Coffeemaker did not work well.

It’s in a nice neighbourhood and is very convenient for Tbilisi Central Station. It is stylishly furnished but (as I will come onto) some elements of the room were unnecessarily complicated or simply didn’t work.

I couldn’t adjust the aircon and was only able to turn it off by forcibly holding down the button in the top right-hand corner. I tried to contact reception about this but no one was there when I went down in person and when I rang ‘0’ from the room phone it was always ‘busy’ which didn’t make any sense. Instead of a normal tv then was some kind of contraption that you use to transmit content from your device onto the wall of the room. Somewhat complicated (in my opinion) if you just want to watch tv for a short period of time in your room. I tried to use the shower on both mornings but at no point was there any hot water - if I turned the temperature dial left it was cold’ and right was still ‘cold’ but not quite as cold. And the shower curtain wasn’t wide enough so water escaped beyond it creating a mini flood (that I then tried to clear up). I had early starts both mornings that I stayed here and left the room in a state of stress each morning. I think that two of the basic expectations in a hotel room are that you have a hot shower and can turn on the tv easily, but I couldn’t do either.

We liked having the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel location is good in a good neighborhood. The room was comfortable - clean with nice light and a decent size. A/C worked well. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. If you're looking for a quiet relaxed place I would recommend for Sunday-Thursday when they don't have music in the basement. If you're looking for a nice place with music in the basement then Fri-Sat would be for you.

There is a fridge in the room but it's filled with the minibar items ($) so not very useful. For a multi-night stay we could have used some fridge space. Be aware that on Friday-Saturday nights they have music in the basement that brings a small crowd out front but they seemed friendly. We definitely heard the music in our room but weren't bothered since we were up at 2am anyway to leave for the airport. I see how this could be frustrating for people trying to sleep, especially light sleepers. Our room was down the hall from the stairs and facing the back of the building, so other rooms may be louder on weekends.

The TV did not work properly because it was a projector that could not be aligned correctly. After I had laboriously set the device according to the specifications, only YouTube and Netflix were available, but no live TV. Unfortunately, the rooms are not sufficiently soundproofed; all noises and conversations from the outdoor area, the interior and the adjoining rooms are clearly audible.
