The staff were very accommodating
Initially we got assigned to the room next to the reception. The floor was slippery due to moisture and the walls have some stains and the bathroom has some stains that look like moulds. The toilet was not working and the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a family room. The room was a bit better.

It was a great location. I could walk to many places. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room was pretty big. Quiet. The staffs are very friendly. Include the breakfast option. It's good. I will probably stay here again.
I guess it's most of the places in Vietnam. The room is not very clean. It's clean enough. But no other complains.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room had one window only and it opened on to a view of bricks and water pipes so it was kept shut. It was quite an old hotel which showed, especially in the bathroom, old elevator etc. We really only needed the room to sleep and keep our things in as we were out most of the time so in that respect it was value for money.
