Està molt ben situat. El personal ens ha atès molt bé quan hem necessitat.

Falta una mica de manteniment i neteja. Material per cuinar molt l’utilitzat. La pudor dels banys que s’impregna una mica a la casa.

L'appartamento è in una zona molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici con i quali si raggiungono facilmente tutte le attrazioni di Londra. Ci sono molti supermercati in zona, uno proprio di fronte. All'interno, l'appartamento è veramente bello, pulito e confortevole. I letti sono comodi e c'è vasta scelta di cuscini. Forse uno dei due letti matrimoniali è un po' stretto per due persone.

Le finestre sono totalmente sprovviste di tende oscuranti o scuri per la luce e per una persona come me abituata a dormire al buio, è stato difficile dormire con la camera inondata di luce. Ho risolto comprando una mascherina per la notte. Inoltre, la strada è abbastanza rumorosa anche a tarda notte essendoci vari pubs in zona ma questo certo non dipende dalla struttura. Infine, nei bagni non c'erano porta asciugamani ed è stato fastidioso dovere ingegnarsi su come e dove posizionare gli asciugamani durante l'uso del bagno.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Easy check in, getting keys from nearby lock box using clear and detailed instructions. Excellent location within 10 minutes of three underground stations. Three good places to eat just around the corner. Our favourite grocery store was Marks and Spence 10 minutes away, but many smaller stores closer. Millennium Bridge (great for evening walks) or Borough Market were 15 minutes, Big Ben about 30 minutes. The apartment is two floors, one at street level and one below. Car and pedestrian noise were minimal. For privacy, all the windows are frosted and provide light, but no outside view. Plenty of room for three adults. Lots of outlets for all our charging needs.

There is a washer, but no drier, and so had to plan for adequate time on drying rack. There were minor maintenance issues that didn’t impact our stay.

We liked the location, vicinity to tourist attractions, food and amenities was great.

The street noise was too much and we were unable to close the windows completely, which was reported to the host however the crank to close the window was never repaired during our stay.
