Absolutely everything… the place is just stunning… the apartment itself 10/10.. top notch …. And the attention to detail with the extras like bread, butter, eggs, milk, porridge, biscuits and all toiletries left there for guests… just amazing …. The best stay ever booked through booking.com. Another plus… the whole apartment smells out of this world

Not a single thing not to like … just a little pointer… the apartment is top floor, so two flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment… but believe me… it is more than worth it

Quality accommodation, this well furnished apartment occupies the entire 1st floor and can comfortably provide for two people and one well behaved dog too. One side of the apartment is the bedroom with en-suite, the bed is oversize (to the point where I joked that each side must have a different postcode 😊) the bed and it's bedding were high quality. The other side of the apartment, this was designed to offer a comfortable and clean lounge tv area and also a sizeable area housing fitted kitchen cupboards & worktops. The appliances are NEFF, matching the quality standard of the entire apartment. Over the past 8 yrs I've visited this part of Lincolnshire twice a year. In that time I've never found it's equal! I can stop searching now, in this price range its as good as it gets. Oh! I forgot to mention that the ground floor offers a Gym for visitor's use. I can't offer a description as I didn't use it however I'd expect it to match the quality of the apartment, Mr. & Mrs Stokle have standards that others could learn from.

There is a feeling of luxury. The space is very large with new fittings. It's clear that the hosts aim to make guests as comfortable as possible and have thoughtfully provided everything you might need.

The bathroom. The shower is excellent, with easy controls, stable temperature and high pressure. Now we come to the problems, which I believe the hosts are unaware of and will fix. I'm a man of average height but when I approached the lavatory I hit the front of my head on the sloping ceiling. After that, I made sure to always use the lavatory sitting down. The sink doesn't have this problem as it is below the window recess. But because the window is where a mirror might be, the only mirror is a small one on a stand. I stood the mirror in the sink and swivelled it to point up so by bending forward I could use it with both hands free. But on straightening up I hit the back of my head on the top of the window recess. I suggest the following fixes. Move the lavatory forward, away from the wall, so it is sited where the roof is higher. Fix a mirror to the bottom of the window recess. Remove part of the top of the window recess. When the bathroom is fixed this property should be rated exceptional instead of very good.
