Both night shift and day shift staff were good and friendly. The location is great for our purpose of exploring the Bentong Gallery and also to enjoy the Indian food just across the road. It also has a big chiller for our hard & soft get cooling packs.

The room was superb, clean. I must give a thumb up for the nice relax sofa next to Reception.
N the ample carparking facility excess from the back of the hotel. I wanted to extend for one more day -but its already fully booked. ( WIll surely recommend my Friends )- I am a frequent visitor to Bentong, surprisingly having spent a wonderful night stayed at your hotel. (Staffs are very friendly too)

The room is nice and clean.
I’ve had a bad experience. Next room having sex loudly during daytime but no hotel staff takes action about it.

Good location and ample parking at the back (you need to pay but easy thru the app). The place is walking distance to the street markets and eateries. Staff were very friendly and answer all queries patiently. The cleaning lady is wonderful as she really keeps the place very hygienic. A good place for a 3 night stay if you're spending most of the time out. From the renovation, looks like it is new so that's a bonus.
The walls are perhaps thin so you can hear people talking or laughing when they're in the corridor which can be annoying especially at night when you're trying to sleep. The toilet and bathroom is one and rather small so the shower actually sprays over the toilet bowl. So you need to do adjustments as you shower. No fridge in room so you need to go to pantry and put things in the freezer so don't bring anything that needs to be refrigerated.
