The actual state of the apartment was 100% identical to the listing on Booking.com. It was very clean.
The only issue was that the coded box containing the key—which we needed only for the initial entry—was very difficult to open.

The apartment is located just a walking distance from the very centre of the city, it is very conveniet, comfortable, spacious - with a walk-in wardrobe, clean, quiet and very well equipped. Another plus is a parking spot included in the price in the underground garage.
Everything was just as advertised.

Location, right in the heart of the city centre.
Air-conditioning is excellent.
Car park was very tight, watch out if you have a SUV car.
Upon arrival we found underwear in the wardrobe (not ours obviously). The owner apologised when we told him/her but those type of things shouldn't happen at all.
Only one toilet roll for four people for two nights. We contacted the owner who brought some more.
No ironing board and the iron was black.
Needs more than TLC...please replace bedsheets (bobbles all over the sheets), they are no good for customers!
