I loved how attentive helpful and kind the staff were. The room was beautiful. And the location was right by the archeological zone for Chichen Itza so I could go multiple times. This is the place to stay if your main goal is to explore Chichen Itza. The spa was also very nice. We found a good economical way to reach it is by Tren Maya the train is very nice.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Mexico. The staff were particularly amazing. Always attentive. Exceptionally helpful. The food was also excellent! It was amazing to have such a great hotel at the Chichen Itza's doorstep. Excellent value for money as well.

Beautiful place and within reach of Chichén itza main entrance and few shuttle from the train station.
Large new complex with amazing rooms.
Staff communication is very good in English.
Gym is ok, although machines were only for upper body.
