Very nice place…kitchen and bathrooms were updated nicely and very clean. House was very quiet!!! Overall, excellent!

Perfect floor plan for our girls trip. 3 full baths were very handy. Enough beds for all of us. The only suggestion is that there should be at least one full length mirror.

The house was very clean and well set up for gathering and spending time together. Checking in and using the property was easy and communication was mostly great. We realized we were going to be in the area about an hour before check in so I messagedto ask if the property would be available for early check in. The host messaged me right back and said she would check with the cleaning company and let me know if the house was ready. I never got any follow up so we ended up waiting in a parking lot until it was time to check in. No that big of a deal, but this is the one time the communication fell a little short. Walking into the house there was a bit of a musty smell and I suspect it has something to do with having the pool and different people always using the home for vacation stays. We were told the minisplits in the bedrooms upstairs weren't working and they had window units in both of the rooms as a temporary solution. They did okay. The bathroom shower upstairs is very small and I'm certain not usable for all, but a few of us were able to use it and was actually quite pleased with the water pressure. There was a a little complaint from those who showered downstairs that the water pressure was not good, at all. That said, I do not know how much other water was being used in the house during those showers so it's possible there was just too much water running at once. We had 9 women staying together for the weekend. We did overall enjoy our stay- even with all the rain!

when we arrived we were pleased with the layout of the house, the bedrooms on the first floor and the bathrooms were very nice, newly updated I'm sure. We had some issues with the sheets and pillowcases and they were addressed that night.
