Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Very clean, great communication, and great location.

Beautiful unit in an historic neighborhood very close to the restaurants of downtown Augusta. Very clean. Host was very proactive with instructions and responsive to our questions and requests. Would stay there again for sure

Host was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions!

Communication before arrival was inconsistent. We initially received a message stating that early check-in was absolutely not allowed, followed by another message the next day offering early check-in. Because of the mixed messages, we chose to stick with the original check-in time. Unfortunately, when we arrived after the designated check-in time, the property was not ready. It was very warm inside, and the cleaning crew had just started—some were still arriving. We attempted to contact the property manager, but communication was significantly delayed. As a result, we had to leave our belongings in the car and kill time around town. When we were eventually informed the property was ready, there was little acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience. While we understand things can get busy, clearer communication and a more professional approach would have made a big difference in our experience.
