Lovely property, ample space inside, is bigger than it looks in photos. You can technically sleep 10 with the bunk beds and sofa bed so 8 of us had enough room. There are two bathrooms but one is a small en suite and the other bathroom is downstairs so it’s a bit unbalanced if there’s more adults, but as a party of 8 with 4children it was ok and we managed. The bbq area and kids shed were a great addition and the use of the beach hut was amazing, we loved that and this was the highlight of our short break. The character and decor of the property is lovely, there’s pretty much everything you need and had we known about all the little extras we wouldn’t have bought as much stuff as we did. e.g. washing up liquid. We found everything to be walking distance with a walk to main bandstand doable in 30mins as a stroll. Parking was alright. There’s space for one medium sized car on drive. We think the hosts might want to consider either a bit of a rework to the front or removal of the side gates as it might mean it’s possible to park two cars on drive in future, using the space available.The street parking is limited due to the road layout of other drives & it’s only available one side of the road, it was hit n miss. We managed to get a spot not too far when we went out and came back.The host was really responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others in future, it feels like a home from home and was comfortable with good beds and linens.

We absolutely adored this place. Equipped with everything you could ever need for a lovely little getaway. The place was warm and welcoming and we would definitely come back again!
