Great place for what we needed. Only issue was the washer and dryer was not working. Other than that we had a great stay

I have a few praises and some suggestions. Upon first walking in, the apartment looked tidy and it is well-decorated. I can see the good eye for putting home decor together & making the most of their resources and talent. The bathrooms were mostly clean and electrical items worked. While some of the communication wasn’t as expected, it was overall positive.Some of the things I noticed that could use improvement are: the clogged bathtub drain (We did not shower because of the standing water in the clogged tub.), unusually short shower head (I’m 5’2” & bent down under it), the faucet is not flush with tile and other finishes in the apartment are not done (e.g. grout splatters & smears in bath/kitchen, electrical switches broken or not flush with wall, pictures not centered over beds (my OCD), large hole in wall of wall cabinet where pests could enter, etc.), one room had dust & hair, on the floor & on the throw pillows & headboard which were transferred onto the sheets and sleeping pillows. We spent much time sweeping hairs off the clean sheets. There were yellowish drips running down the walls, mold in the ceiling bathroom, wobbly toilet that needs to be bolted to the floor or it will eventually cause a leak, and the cracked stairs leading up to the front door. For these reasons, we would not consider returning.This list is an honest assessment, to help improve the property quality, and the experience of future clients. Thank you.
