Το εστιατόριο ήταν παραμελημένο και βρώμικο και στο πρωινό δεν έβρισκες άνθρωπο να σου κάνει καφέ αμάζευτα τραπέζια και σκουπίδια όπως μπουκάλια νερό στο Πατίκα άδεια

Everything was top-notch as usual!

All facilities clean and well looked after, pool gym and restaurant

Menu was a little bit limited when it cane to cuts of meet

The spa facilities, clean hotel, very big suite and friendly helpful staff

We stayed here as we attended a wedding. The reception staff, I forgot her name, she was there for most of our journey was so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. The staff all were lovely. The hotel - hm.. still has a lot of work that is needed, as well as general management. The spa facilities were fantastic, they are building a swimming pool outside so its still not a fully renovated hotel. As golf lovers, we decided to play 18holes on the day. We hired clubs and a buggy. For the amount we paid, we definitely expected a lot better. Good set of clubs but some were missing, and when we raised it I was told ‘oh it doesnt matter just use any club’ (clearly someone who works at the golf club but has no idea of golf - which isnt good!) we had a golf buggy with an ice box - and no ice. I went to the bar to get snacks - they had none in the whole hotel the only things they had was ice cream and drinks, really disappointing. The hotel has some work to do to get to their rating. The rooms were clean, we had a studio which was really big and spacious - however, no safe box - which I’ve never seen in a hotel. The lunch and dinner menu was great. Breakfast was the worst i have ever had, I am not quite sure how they could serve burnt scrambled eggs - what chef could even burn them ! Sadly this was on both days we stayed there. As part of the wedding party, I wanted to get the bride an expensive bottle champagne sent to her room. I went to both bars - 1 of them the only bottle they gave me was a 250€ Laurent Perrier which was stored in a cupboard and I even said to the girl - are you serious it will never chill and how could you serve it, she responded with ‘oh I can give an ice bucket’ the hotel had this selection of wines and champagnes and except for this 1 bottle charged at 250€ they had 2 bottles of laurent perrier rose which i bought thankfully were actually cold! The standards of many elements of this hotel need to improve.
