Great location, very clean and extremely kind and understanding hosts! We brought our dog and he enjoyed the backyard!! Well equipped kitchen where we were able to cook a big meal, and very comfortable for 6 people!!

Very Comfortable home, clearly recently remodeled. I stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than most hotels. It was very hot this week and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I thought the master bath was great, appreciated the high shower, very clean. The kitchen was also quite nice and I appreciated the coffee left for us. If you want to do any cooking there are not a lot of spices available, so make sure to bring some.

There is an adjoining unit which I believe someone is living in, which would be good to communicate to the renters. If you know ahead of time no big deal, but it appears for example that you might be sharing the back yard with someone.

It was easy to get to. I loved that I didn’t have to run to the store as soon as I walked in the door because there were snacks on the counter, coffee and tea bags, a coffee pot and an insta pot! Also they had a britta already with water I cold in the fridge! There were 4 beds and everyone slept so good!! Everyone loved their rooms! So comfortable! The girls got to watch a movie outside with popcorn and thought that was just so much fun! And I enjoyed being able to just hang out instead of going and going! Lol

Everything about this location was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend any traveler coming through here and renting this property. It's conveniently placed along a well known road, Congress, here in Austin. Everything is within reach, and the Capital is right down the road. The house a super quiet, and the beds are wonderfully comfy. The showers are nice and hot.And soap and towels are provided. You can conveniently sleep about six people here in one unit. The backyard is pretty massive if you have pups, and just in case you bring your littles, they have beds as well. Again I highly recommend this location.

Austin traffic. Lol
