Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut und auch die Ausstattung hat grundsätzlich unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Leider gab es bei der Sauberkeit deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte die Wohnung sauber, bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigte sich jedoch ein anderes Bild. Alle äußeren Glasscheiben (Fenster, Türen, Geländer) waren nicht wirklich gereinigt, sondern wirkten eher so, als wäre der Schmutz nur verwischt worden (=Wisschspuren). Außerdem waren an mehreren Stellen Haare zu finden. Besonders unter den Möbeln auf der Terrasse wurde offensichtlich schon länger nicht gründlich geputzt. Auch einige Gegenstände schienen bereits seit längerer Zeit dort zu liegen. In Anbetracht des Preises hätten wir uns insgesamt einen deutlich besseren Reinigungszustand erwartet. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war die Unterkunft zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, die Sauberkeit hat den Gesamteindruck jedoch leider deutlich getrübt.

What a beautiful amazing apartment! a group of 6, 3 couples stayed for 5 nights, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from a beautiful stretch of sand and a seafront of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets with all the other sights of Benidorm within walking distance. The balcony of the apartment was huge with plenty of comfortable chairs to lounge on and a large dining table and chairs. The apartment block's outdoor facilities were outstanding, a small gym and at least 2 pools, although only one was open as it was low season, which we were pleasantly surprised to discover was heated! There were also 2 jacuzzis There were plenty of sport facilities on offer including tennis, padel and basketball courts, a water slide area for small children, 2 boules pitches and tables for chess etc.

We really would have liked 3 ensuites but the apartment had one large beautiful bedroom with sliding doors out on to the balcony the other 2 bedrooms were a lot smaller and had a shared bathroom, which was adequate but as 2 different families were using it better shelving was needed as there was nowhere to store 2 lots of toiletries. There was also no full length mirror in the apartment except for one in the large bedroom. It would also have been helpful to have information about the apartment ie location bins for recycling/rubbish, WiFi code and instructions for the dishwasher, microwave or oven. Please note these suggestions in no way impacted on our enjoyment of this wonderful apartment but we would have found them helpful.

La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento está enclavado en una urbanización con instalaciones diversas, varias piscinas y zonas para los niños. El apartamento es muy amplio con una distribución homogénea y una súper terraza, ya que la vivienda hace esquina. La decoración es de muy buen gusto y estilo clásico, lo que ayuda a tener buenas sensaciones y destacar, sobre todo, la amabilidad y educación de la casera, con la que podíamos contactar de forma inmediata.
