Struttura delle dimensioni che ci aspettavamo per Tokyo, ma perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Eravamo in 3 e siamo riusciti a gestirci benissimo. Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla metro e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Tokyo. Letto comodo e appartamento ben organizzato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza della lavatrice, che abbiamo utilizzato durante il soggiorno, e il bel balconcino.
Nulla, siamo stati davvero molto bene.

- Location: 3min walk to the Higashi-Shinjuku subway and within 1km from other stations e.g. Shinjuk Station. Lots of convenient stores and eateries around
- Host: super attentive, prompt response, very helpful
- Spacious beds and closet for 2 adults and 2 children
- Facilities: kitchen, jacuzzi tub, washing machine (no dryer, easy sun drying at the balcony)
- No bidet in toilet
- Toilet tissue rolls were of poor quality, leaving debris when used.
- No dining/living area inside the apartment, chairs and table at the balcony
- Would be great if for longer stay i.e. more than 5-7 days, for cleaning service to be provided
- Only one pillow per pax were provided
- The area was quite noisy, almost every night we could hear people singing or speaking loudly from the street below beyond midnight, most probably due to its close proximity to clubs, pubs and bars too. Sirens were heard frequently.

Buona posizione vicina a metropolitana e bus. Lavatrice e ferro da stiro disponibili
Puzza di umido in casa e sulle asciugamani. Servizi e rubinetti vecchi e usurati (ho dovuto comprare detersivo e spugna per utilizzarli più serenamente). Qualcuno si era sentito male in ascensore e per giorni c’era puzza di vomito al piano terra e in ascensore (però non ho mai visto tracce di vomito che evidentemente era stato pulito)
