After reading some negative reviews, we were a little skeptical. But, actually, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although, they lack in timely communication, but it did n't bother us, as the check-in via their app and entry to room was fairly easy. It's a moderate quality accommodation, but Room 104 was clean, enough towels, lights and a very comfortable bed. Very close to Duomo and Metro. We enjoyed our stay !!

Fantastic location for exploring Milan which is why we booked here. It took us a while to find the place as it's very well hidden. The check-in process was a little tricky too - would recommend doing the guest info bit ahead of getting there. The room itself was basic, but had all the necessities we needed. The bathroom could have been cleaner - showerhead was covered in limescale and the shower leaked which wasn't ideal. The Saturday night was incredibly loud too with people gathering in the street below the - very thin - window. Overall, the other reviews are accurate - I'm sure you'll find fancier and cleaner places in town but for a relatively cheap stay and perfect location, this place is good for a short stay in Milan, when you're out most of the day exploring anyway.
