This glamping cabin is a great place to stay! Jen and all her critters were awesome, the cabin was very comfy with VERY warm and cozy blankets for our stay during some chilly nights. It IS camping. The cabin isn't heated (there isn't even a solid door, just a screen and a curtain), and you'll need to haul your water (it's a short jaunt and not hard if you just fill a small jug each day). I highly recommend renting a camp stove from Jen if you aren't bringing your own as this was much easier than cooking over the fire would have been (it wasn't an option at the beginning of our stay due to fire bans in effect). The only real drawback was that there is no cell service (which I'm normally fine with) and it made asking questions of Jen a bit more difficult and we had to make sure we made our next day's plans before heading back to the cabin (we were exploring Shenandoah park and various nearby towns).

We stayed for a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer, there were so many trails to explore, great restaurants/wineries/breweries to visit and were greeted by some very friendly four legged friends upon arrival, Willow (the puppy) even guided us to our camp and even offered to carry some of our bags. It is the perfect location to stay in and cook out, go adventuring or just a night out on the town. We cooked some steaks from the farm store over the fire the first night which were some of the best we've had, the second day we hiked a couple miles to the waterfalls then visited the local wineries and were sad to leave on the 3rd. 10/10 experience will definitely be back.

Hose was excellent, great communication, helpful, answered questions, even returned items inadvertently left behind. Location was great for activities around the national park and caverns.
