Location and staff!
We had a car that we parked in a 2 min walking building. It's very cheap (7.20 euro per day), and you can use the same parking ticket to get public transportation until your car is parked. You can take the tram to the center from there. It's only 3 stops away (5 minutes). Amazing!
The staff was very nice, Fatima helped us with the info about the parking, how to get around to the city center, she was awesome.
I wish there was a corner sheet for the mattress. Every time you move during the night, the sheet move too and you are basically sleeping directly on the mattress with no cover.

The hotel staff are very kind and the room is comfortable and spacious. I loved the shower and the water pressure. The tram is a short 5 minute walk away and you can be in city centre in about 10 minutes. The area is safe which is important as I travel as a single woman. The neighbourhood is also quiet so you won't be woken up by loud noises.
It would be nice if the hotel included conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. The tram doesn't run as late as some bars are open so if you miss the last tram, the hotel is a 30 minute walk away which can be inconvenient.

Hervorragende Lage mit PKW.
Auto konnte im Parkhaus nebenan abgestellt werden. Alles sehr gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die im Parkticket eingeschlossen waren.
Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt

I always come back to stay at Origami when in Strasbourg. Friendly staff and dog friendly, plus an amazing breakfast.

"Das Zimmer war fantastisch und das Bett sehr bequem. Man kann supergünstig im P+R Parkhaus Rotonde parken und hat dann auch noch ein Gratis-Ticket für unbegrenzte Straßenbahnfahrten."
