The day of check in received an email stating unless confirm before noon, reservation will be terminated. I messaged property stating Yes I intend to check in today. Later I dd so again and asked them to confirm. No reply. I went to property in person and confirmed my identity and Yes, I intend to check in and they said ok. When I return to check in and pay, they don't have my $2 or $3 and I said no problem as I'm staying for 4 nights we'll handle it later. For a long time she explained in Vietnamese again and again there's a apparently a problem. Several times I typed on translater to explain I don't speak Vietnamese and also that the money owed me is insignificant right now. Eventually I'm handed a phone and person on line states Sorry for problems and please check in.
