אחד המלונות הטובים. קודם כל מקבלים את פניכם עם כוס יין בקבלה. הדירה עצמה גדולה ומרווח עם נוף מטורף להרים. מתחת לחדרים יש מאפייה מצוינת ופאב. בדירה עצמה שמו לב לפרטים הקטנים, למשל תה באיכות הגבוהה ביותר, מקלחת עם טוש גשם נפלא, וזה ניכר. כל הציוד ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. כל המכשור והמתגים מאוד מודרנים. והספא בבנין המרכזי ברמה של 5 כוכבים.

A very spacious apartment with 3 AC units throughout. Managed by the hotel across the street, guests enjoy full access to all hotel amenities—including daily housekeeping, an amazing spa, and a swimming pool.

A really very nice apartment. It’s part of Hotel Lomnica, which is just across the street. You can use the hotel’s amenities, including a very nice spa. Breakfast costs €25, which is quite expensive. I wouldn’t call it exceptional—just okay for the price and for a five-star hotel. It's a very good bakery and a bar in the building. The apartment is very well equipped, with daily cleaning. It’s quiet, very comfortable, and overall a very pleasant place to stay.

The published price does not include the city tax, which is quite common. However, it also does not include an additional charge that they call a “service fee.”

One of the few positives were that apartment provided access to wellness of the hotel opposite, which is owned by the same owner.

Apartment is absolutely under equipped! Please buy it: a corkscrew, we had to ask hotel reception for it. Coffee cups, (only tea cups there) Glasses- bier glasses, white wine, all sorts. Kitchen equipment. Google ‘home away from home’ and you will see. Keep open kitchen in your restaurants at least to 10pm, there is long days now, championship, you loosing money and frustrate dozen of guests each weekend !!! Owner manages bakery in basement which wants fame - please tell your people to smile, greet customers when they enter and say hello! May be a good start, especially if it is empty and I was the only there. Creme de la creme was the service charge on top of bill for parking. Absolute disgrace.
