Liked that it was in walking distance to a main street, the area was quiet, the house was comfortable and rest was gained. Wanted the perfect spot and this was it.
Floors creaked which was a little unsettling when someone got up in the middle of the night. A few holes in floor where drills were used at one point probably to bring cables up from basement and holes not used. Didn't like the basement or back steps....but not a biggie.

Excellent location, near stores, restaurants, beautiful Lake Erie, and best of all, close to downtown Cleveland and easy to travel to. Yet, the neighborhood is very quiet, no traffic, and feels safe
One important issue needs to be addressed - both outside wooden stair cases are dangerously unsafe and in disrepair. We three women were in the age range between 64, 72 and 84, though very fit and active on our feet, drive, no walking issues others our age may have. But all of us felt very uneasy walking the outside stairs. THEY MUST BE ADDRESSED! We were surprised that booking allowed that condition or insurance would allow that.
