Good location, responsive host, good air conditioning, nice to have cold water ready on arrival.

Not very comfortable for tall people. Admittedly we are a very tall couple, I am 1.8m and my partner is 2m tall, but the bedroom loft left both of us crouched when upstairs and I could only just stand up for the kitchen but a bit too close for comfort (he was very hunched over). This made the stay not very comfortable for us. However, if you are under 1.7m tall then this would be a great place to stay.

Que no me cogieron el teléfono cuando lo necesite,al llegar despues de hacer el check in en ese momento estuve llamando para poder acceder al apartamento pues no tenia en pin y tuve que esperar 15’ sin respuesta,pero la verdad que la chica fue muy amable y agradable en todo momento

The apartment was clean and the host was friendly, which I appreciated. Comfortable location both for work and turists.

The overall stay was not comfortable. There was constant noise from the water pipes, the ceiling height is very low (if you are above 1.75 m, it is best to avoid), and the internal step is very steep, making movement inside the space uneasy. There is no WiFi, which is problematic given the poor GSM signal. The atmosphere of the apartment—inside and especially outside—did not provide a pleasant feeling during the stay. Additionally, there was significant confusion regarding the provision of an invoice, making this accommodation unsuitable for business travelers who require proper documentation.
