There’s no breakfast at this location
I think the rates could be a little lower to say they don’t even have a pool or a workout gym nor do they have breakfast

Friendly reception and staff!
The location is a bit far from downtown, though it is quite safe!

Newly renovated. Clean rooms, furniture still in good condition. Well lighted parking lot. Lots of cameras. (These are crucial for the neighborhood the motel is in.)
Not a hotel, despite the name of the business. It's a motel. Not only in terms of exterior room access but also the absolute minimalist approach to amenities. A king-sized bed at a hotel (or motel) should have more than two, old, limp pillows. Housekeeping had missed a used towel and shower cap hanging on the back of the bathroom door and a used washcloth on the top of the shelf in the bathroom.
