- nice view

- very convenient
- the location is great! Near the station and the convenient store.
- our automatic toilet didn't work. I wished they checked it before we checkin.

Amazing view of the ocean, perfect for people watching and spotting cool cars and motorcycles.
The soundproofing was unfortunately non-existent. There is a restaurant below and you can hear everything from your room and the traffic is very loud 24/7.
The mattress is very squeaky which is annoying.
