We were very happy overall. The rooms were really good, with comfortable beds, good shower, clean. The meals were generally good, with good beef, chicken and vegetarian options, although we thought that the breakfast was lacking variety.
Within about a 15km radius there was a lot of wildlife. We self drove, ive spent many years in the bush in Africa, so I was very used to this. The only issue if self-driving is that the directions to find the camp were a little difficult, with no signs allowed for these smaller tented camps we did struggle on the first night. All things considered, definitely a 9/10. Compared to other options The African Kongoni was very good value for money.

The property is incredible. Set in the heart of Serengeti. Everything was exceptional especially the staff. All were very friendly and super helpful. Food was delicious and they even prepared food to take with us to game drives.
