We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms were spacious, two of them were equipped with a kitchenette and attached full bathroom while the third one had a small restroom outside the room. Two bedrooms were on the same floor while the third was on the upper floor with a spacious balcony. You need to walk through narrow staircase to get to each one the rooms. The matresses and pillows were soft and clean.

While we liked the location (right near the lake)and how spacious it was, it came with some shortcomings which is broken down below.
Communication: we struggled with initial communication, wherein they were supposed to send the self check in instructions. However, that
did not come in until we landed late in Hanoi with the intervention of customer support from booking.com, which was stressful. However, after that initial connection, rest of the communication was smooth.
Staircases: The staircases are narrow, where only 1 person can fit. This is challenging when you have multiple suitcases to carry

"Great location, central Old Quarter. All rooms clean and tidy. Didn't use the kitchen facilities but all well stocked. Group of four and all slept well."
