The bungalows are excellently situated in a quiet residential area, close to the beach and within an easy walking distance to the shops and supermarkets. The bungalows are located in a beautiful garden with 2 good sized swimming pools. Very well appointed units with a great shower, very comfortable bed and fully equippted kitchen. I stayed in the Garden loft with great sun terrace and very private. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, particularly the reception staff. I will definately be staying here again. limited space for putting clothes, no shelves in wardrobe, smelly sink drain, no instructions for use of cooking hob and air conditioning unit. After check out curtesy facilities not good, 1 room consisting of shower/toilet, so having a long wait to even use toilet.

We had excellent stay in mid of December 2022. Well equipped, spacious, clean and cozy - exactly what we expected! Trully recommended!

Location is great, most of the complex is excellent.

We made a mistake and booked a studio with garden view that was not showing in photos when booking. Disappointed our accommodation didn’t look like the photos. If it had been clearer what we was booking I would not have booked. First time this type of problem in Canaries. Photos of the garden view should be made clearer.

Very clean and comfortable bungalows. The staff is very friendly. Free parking. The place is very quiet, room and kitchen were well equipped. The bungalows are close to the beach and the Dunas.

The beds need to be changed. Very uncomfortable. :-( There was a lady who came to welcome us, which was very nice! She gave us a map and told us about some nice places to visit during our stay - that was really great and she should stop there... because after all this she told us there is a nice cruise available and that it could be perfect for us. We were really interested because she told us that we would go watch the dolphins and all the other lies... We paid 52€ per person thinking all were covered (just like she said), but well it wasn't and it was just a tourist trap. We were really mad. So please just be careful and don't waste your money. It's a scam cruise. But I guess this has nothing to do with the accommodation. Everything else was great! ;-)

We stayed for two nights over a weekend booking 3 bungalows. The buildings are recently refurbished with kitchenettes. The staff were polite.

There was a storm and the bungalows flooded- initially 1 of the bungalows with a torrential roof leak, then the 2nd bungalow flooding due to the 1st bungalow roof problem. eventually the 3rd bungalow leaked but towels on the floor were sufficient. The receptionist moved bungalow 1&2 into a two bed bungalow - which stayed dry. The receptionist was dismissive and curt ‘everyone’s in the same boat’, the manager will be in tomorrow - this wasn’t a hotel receptionist - the attitude was someone you would meet on the street not bothered waiting for the shift to end. They ignored the problem until somebodies air conditioning unit had an electrical fault and the bungalows were evacuated due to a fire - fire engine police vans. We spent the evening on a sports hall floor and several hours later were moved to a ‘dry’ hotel were they provided breakfast. thankfully we were due to check out. This escalation of events was avoidable and the ignorance of the staff to identify the fire risk seems to reflect the neglect of the staff to care or know their jobs…

Very very quiet. Very very calm. Everyone keeps themselves to themselves. I was the only British person staying at the bungalows, mostly German and Spanish guests. It’s just off the beaten track but yet within 10/15 mins of most restaurants and bars .. The pool area at the bungalows is so lovely, quiet and calm there would be no reason to leave it. The nearby “beach” is a huge disappointment though. It’s just distant isolated sand dunes with no facilities, and very much not somewhere you would want to set up camp for the day Very well located in terms of supermarkets. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely staff.

The Patio was shared with the neighbours, not very private at all, you could reach across & pinch a chip without much effort :)

First time at bungalows Dona Rosa and I must say what a fantastic place to stay. The staff where very helpful and friendly our bungalow was spotless and very comfortable with everything that you need was in it. The pool right outside your door, your own sunloungers and beach towels only €5 for the entire stay. I would without doubt recommend this place 100% ... We have booked again for next year ....

That we had to leave
