The host is very friendly and helpful. The property location is amazing and the property itself is great for the price.
The room might a bit tiny if for big group ppl and the light at the kitchen cannot turn off at night.

Great location, everything that we needed was there, just small.
The noise was terrible. From adjoining properties and the street, hardly slept any of the 3 nights we stayed there. Had to buy earplugs to try to get some sleep.
Very hard and small beds and bedrooms small. Shower was not great, hairs were on the beds when we arrived and also in the bathroom.

Ubytování bylo v dobré části Paříže, obchod Carrefour pár metrů od ubytování. Postele byly pohodlné i rozkládací gauč v kuchyni. Ubytovalo se nás celkem 6 osob a vše bylo super.

The ground-floor location with no stairs was convenient. The apartment is very central and close to Porte Maillot , with good access to public transport and the main attractions.
The apartment was too small for 5 people, with no ventilation in either bathroom and persistent unpleasant smells. A few facilities were faulty, including the dishwasher. Maintenance works in the common area from 7am also made the stay very unpleasant. That said, the owner was responsive to our complaints and did offer a small reimbursement.
