Clean and tidy just as on pictures. Close to amenities and walking distance to trams, park and beach and so forth.

It was facing the back of the main road . I got lost getting there, but other than that, it is in an awesome location.

The worst customer service. Wish I could rate the place less than 1 rating. The attitude from the staff from the check to check at the front desk was horrible. The facilities like spa etc were not even working and when discussed this with the reception staff, they were the rudest we have ever experienced. When politely asked for the manager , we were told this is a family run business and there is no Manager and reception staff is everything and they do not care as they are busy with other stuff. Absolutely disgusting.

Conveniently located near the city centre. Comfortable and clean accommodation with friendly helpful staff.

Not the facilities fault but dining experiences close to the hotel were in short supply, we did find a restaurant within walking distance however!

The location and price of the hotel were the only positive parts of the experience.

The after hours check in process was entirely an honesty based procedure (all room keys left in the same safe with names and room numbers on them), the room had a stale smell, and there were multiple safety issues (Power point hanging out of the wall, exposed cords hanging from the hallway ceilings, and food on the floor of the elevator). Additionally, the television and wifi that were 'provided' didn't work. The onsite parking is also abysmal, with a single undercover car park, in an awful layout, that holds maybe 20 cars, and all of the street parking is time limited.

The room itself was so spacious , didn't expect it to be that big , would have loved the bathroom attached to the bedroom. Sunset was beautiful form the balcony. Outdoor spa was lovley could have been a bit warmer.

Nothing that stands out.

The apartment was very spacious which I loved. It had all we needed. Shower was good. Bed was super comfy. The community spa was great!

After 10 working days our bond wasn’t refunded. So had to ring them. Once in contact, was refunded that day.

They refused to pay back my $200 security bond because the room apparently smelled like smoke! We smoked out on the veranda NOT inside the room! Then they said it’s a non smoking hotel, n to read the fine print on the form they make u sign b4 getting the keys. Which they rushed me with because they were finishing their shift!!! They ended up charging me $350 on top of the nights stay! They should have No-Smoking signs on the door leading to outside veranda!

It was lovely walking in, the setup was beautiful and the space well thought out. Location was close enough to walk to places without being in the noise hub. Easy to check in and pleasant staff.

The car parking lot as not clear when booked, that there was limited parking. I specifically looked for a property that had parking, arrived and it was booked up, the streets full and then didn’t realise I couldn’t park on the yellow line and got a parking fine. Clearer information about parking availability and warning about traffic fines would be most helpful. The ‘couch’ (pullout bed) was no longer comfortable to sit on. An alternative comfy spot to sit would have been great.
