התארחנו משפחה, זוג ושני נערים. הדירה במיקום מנצח, מרווחת, הרגשה של בית. יש מכונת כביסה בתכנית עם מייבש, ויש גם מתלה כביסה וחומרי ניקוי. יש מקרר גדול עם מקפיא, ציוד מלא לבישול, מים מינרליים. יש אפילו כסאות ושמשייה בחדר הכביסה למי שרוצה ומגבות חוף. כשנתקלנו בבעיה, בעל הדירה היה זמין. יש בית קפה למטה עם קפה טעים ומאפים.. 2 דק הליכה לחוף הצפוני.
המיטות בחדר הילדים יחסית צרות, ואחת מהן מעט חרקה ועשתה רעשים שהפריעו לשינה. יש צמוד לחדר השינה הזה חנויות רחוב למטה שמשעה מאוד מוקדמת בבוקר הפעילו מוזיקה רועשת והעירו אותנו.. 7:30, 8:00 בבוקר. בכל מקרה נתתי ציון 10 ואין ספק שאחזור.

Appartamento nuovo, ottimamente arredato e rifinito, completo di tutte le dotazioni. Molto spazioso e funzionale. Servizio di reception 24/7 molto utile per il late check-out e per ogni evenienza. Posizione centralissima e a 100 mt da Playa Norte, comoda per negozi e locali.

The location is fantastic: close to the main beach and to restaurants and taco carts and its spotlessly clean. The extra beach umbrella is a plus, it saved us couple thousand pesos, since we didn’t needed to rent sun-beds at Playa Norte.

Excellent location, clean, and basically brand new condo. They had 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 4 regular chairs for the beach. Washing machine was a plus. Large amount of purified water was also provided which was great! Host was easily reachable before and during the stay. Street was quiet from 11pm till 9am. Golf cart rental, and bank across the street. Mini mart, excellent tacos at end of block, 2 cafe right below you, 1.5 blocks to Playa Norte. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time on the island. Rooftop pool was njce.
Could have had extra pillows in the guest room.
The address when looking from booking is incorrect, just Google Maps La Poza Condos to get an accurate address.
Very strict on the arrival time of 4pm. Check out in the app says 1030, we were told 10 when we asked, how were they allowed us to stay to 11 without issue. Maybe some clearer check-out, check in rules. Also no fault to them but the wifi password was missing in the room, but the security was able to get us connected.
