Staff was super nice, the breakfast options were great and fresh every day, the location is prime if you need to be in the are to visit clients or need to go to the touristic places
Nothing they could possibly do about it, but planes flying by from the Congonhas are really loud and can wake you up early in the morning.

The location is great, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant is good and opening hours is also good. There is a 24-hour mini-market and a mini laundry.
The room is decent, but the noise insulation is pretty bad. Not only I can hear noise coming from the aisles and other rooms, but the worse is the noise of airplanes landing at the nearby airport.
Also, the rate was very high for what was offered, understanding that it may have been due to an event held in the city during the week.
